Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 1000 ,For orders below Rs. 1000, shipping within India is Rs. 100. If you are making payment via International card then shipping Rs 100 will be applicable on all orders. For all orders using a sale discount code, Rs. 100 shipping is applicable. For all orders using Manmeet’s Privilage Card Discount Code, Rs. 70 Shipping is applicable.
For All the International orders, applicable shipping cost will be the standard shipping cost to that zipcode and will be charged to the consumer.
Cash On Delivery (COD) facility is available on all orders at an additional charge of Rs 50/- per order.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and if any stock is in transit the products are usually normally shipped within one week. SMS are sent to communicate with the customer their order status.
All domestic orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
We offer shipping to most countries around the world.
International deliveries could take anywhere from 7-15 business days depending on the country and customs procedures on arrival.
You can request an Express Delivery for your order by sending us an email at info@giftturban.com and we will respond to your request within 24 hours.
If you are unhappy with the purchase, we will only issue you a store credit in form of a Gift Card which can be used within 90 Days on our website. The refund amount will be sent to your email as a coupon code/gift card and can be applied in next 3 months to utilise on website only.
We will happily accept returns within 10 days of receipt of package, of items that do not fit correctly and exchange them for the correct size depending on availability.
Please follow these steps to return order:
Click on ‘Return/Exchange’ link against your order in the Order History section in My Account
Click on the Return link, indicate the reason for return, choose a mode of refund and confirm request.
Once the return request is placed we will make sure that this is processed on priority.
Our return and exchange policy allows for you to return/exchange your order within 10 days of the order’s delivery. Option to place return/exchange request will be disabled in your account after 10 days of the order’s delivery.
There are 3 reason due to which return option is not available on website/app:
If your order is not marked delivered. The return request can be taken only after the order status is marked as ‘Delivered’ by our courier partner. In a few cases, it may take up to 24 hours to mark the order as delivered. In case, it is more than 24 hours since delivery and the return option is still unavailable, please contact us at info@giftturban.com
You can return your order within 10 days of its delivery. The return option is withdrawn once 10 days period has passed since delivery.
Please note that the products must be unused and free from any scent. We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
To return the products. Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing.
Use a bubble sheet wrap or waterproof postal bag to secure and protect the box /bag and products inside. Enclose your invoice inside.
Please note that returns cannot be processed if any of the items are found to be in used or damaged conditions or with tags missingitems/services that cannot be RETURN OR EXCHANGE
For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, or shape wear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties.
Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards and gift wraps.
No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.
Certain sale events or offers will not covered under our standard return/exchange policies. Their terms will be defined and mentioned separately.
Once we receive a returned parcel, our team will thoroughly check the item and then your request will be approved. This can take upto two days from receiving the returns.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled or are incomplete.
The gift items received by you cannot be exchanged.
The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it’s within India. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply.
Please allow up to 3 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.
Images on the website are clicked with lighting effect due to which sometimes the colour of actual product may vary from the image taken.
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your ordered items do not arrive and we’ll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.
Once an order is placed it can be cancelled until the order is dispatched. Email us on info@giftturban.com to cancel your order.
If the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Incase a COD order is rejected, we would not be able to provide that service again to the customer.
